Creative Health Map will connect patients, staff and visitors at St Bartholomew’s Hospital with the rich network of cultural and community opportunities available across the Culture Mile. The project responds to the need for better links between healthcare environments and the creative, social and wellbeing activities available nearby.
The project will create an accessible cultural map, available both digitally and in print, highlighting local organisations, green spaces and activities that can support wellbeing. Alongside the map, a programme of workshops, performances and engagement activities will introduce hospital communities to local creative partners.
By making culture more visible and accessible, the project will encourage gentle exploration, social connection and participation. It will create a lasting resource that helps patients, staff and visitors discover the positive impact of creativity and community activity.
