Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships, connecting businesses and creating positive social impact?
Weโre looking for an Engagement Manager to lead our Connected Business Communities theme, bringing businesses together to collaborate, share ideas and unlock opportunities for growth across this unique part of the City of London. This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to transform the area and work towards our renewal ballot in Autumn 2027.
What will you be doing?
๐น Leading stakeholder, membership and business engagement activities.
๐น Building strong relationships with businesses, partners and community stakeholders.
๐น Developing opportunities for collaboration, learning and innovation.
๐น Championing diversity, inclusion and social mobility, while strengthening the connection between commerce and culture.
๐น Using CRM systems, data and insight to inform engagement and decision making.
๐น Coordinating events, campaigns and partnerships that deliver meaningful benefits for our business community.
What weโre looking for
We’re seeking someone with experience in stakeholder engagement, membership or partnership programmes, excellent relationship-building and organisational skills, and a genuine interest in the role culture plays in driving growth.
๐ท Salary: Up to ยฃ45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
