The City of Women event by Music in Offices, sponsored by the Culture Mile BID and Cheapside Business Alliance was featured on ITV news on Thursday 7th March.
This joyous musical procession moved through the heart of the City of London, celebrating the remarkable contributions of ground breaking women of the past and present. We were delighted to have the opportunity to amplify the stories of these incredible women in the City and beyond, fostering a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and equality.
The event began at Leadenhall Market and processed through the Culture Mile footprint, stopping at Guildhall Yard to sing for the present female Aldermen, before passing through Postman’s Park and finishing with a grand finale in Paternoster Square.
