Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness is a 45 minute full body workout that’s designed to keep you moving. The dance styles incorporated in the session include Latin rhythms such as salsa, samba cha-cha, jive and commercial free style movement. Lots of fun whilst having a workout!

Tarja de Silva is an accomplished professional dancer and qualified fashion designer, whose passion for dance began at the age of 11. She started formal training in Ballroom dance at 13, and since then, her journey in the dance world has been marked by dedication and exceptional talent.
