π Friday 23rd January | Body Percussion
Discover how rhythm and movement can boost energy, focus, and connection. A fun and energising session using rhythm, movement, and body percussion to encourage coordination, creativity, and group connection. This workshop led by Ollie Tunmer promotes mindfulness through music and movement, offering an engaging way to support physical and mental wellbeing.
π Friday 30th January | Singing & Sound Bowls
An interactive workshop of vocal warm-ups, simple group singing and a soothing sound bowl experience to balance energy and reduce stress. Experience the restorative power of voice and vibration. Veronica ChacΓ³n will guide the group through gentle vocal warm-ups, accessible group singing, and a calming sound bowl session designed to ease stress and restore balance. A perfect midday reset for grounding and relaxation.
π Wednesday 4th February | Sing Away the Blues
An uplifting session with gentle vocal warm-ups and breathing exercises leading into a joyful group sing to chase away the winter blues. Brighten your mid-winter afternoon with this uplifting singing workshop. Through light vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, and an inclusive group sing, Christina Carty will help participants release tension, boost energy, and reconnect with joy. No previous singing experience needed.

An introductory session exploring simple breathing techniques for focus, calm and stress reduction, led by Beth Williams. Learn simple, effective breathing techniques to support focus, calm, and emotional resilience. This gentle introduction to mindful breathing offers practical tools for reducing stress and improving day-to-day wellbeing. Open to anyone curious about building healthier habits for the year ahead.
