This interactive and practical workshop is designed to help managers understand, prioritise and actively support wellbeing – both for their teams and themselves. This session explores why wellbeing matters, highlighting how healthier, happier teams are more engaged, take fewer sick days and perform more sustainably. Managers will learn to recognise the many dimensions of wellbeing – including mental health, sleep, physical activity, and digital habits – and how these impact daily performance and long-term resilience. Managers will be equipped with skills to support their team’s wellbeing, helping tailor approaches to the unique needs of individuals and teams, through real-life scenarios and group discussion. Finally, the focus will turn inward – because a well manager is a better manager.
